Terms and Conditions of Booking:

Payment: Must be made at time of booking.

Substitutions/Name changes: If you are unable to attend you may nominate, in writing, another delegate to attend in your place three working days prior to the start of the event. Two or more delegates may not ‘share’ a place at an event. Please make separate bookings for each delegate. Substitutions and name changes are not applicable to travel arrangements.

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your attendance at the conference and you are unable to send a substitute, then we will refund/credit 50% of the due fees less a £100 administration charge, providing that cancellation is made in writing and received at least 30 days prior to the start of the event. Regretfully cancellation after this time cannot be accepted. We will however provide the conference documentation to those who have paid but are unable to attend for any reason.

Indemnity: We reserve the right to change the conference, timing, speakers or venue without notice. The event may be postponed or cancelled due to any event beyond our control. If such a situation arises we will endeavour to reschedule the event. However, we cannot be held responsible for any cost damage or expenses which may be incurred by the customer as a consequence of the event being postponed or cancelled. We therefore strongly advise all customers to take out insurance to cover the cost of registration, travel and expenses. Refusal to accept booking: We reserve the absolute right to refuse to accept bookings. Data Protection: The Conference Organisers gather personal data in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998 and we may use this to contact you by telephone, fax, post or email to tell you about other products and services.
