Programme Manager: minimum 10+ years work experience or Masters degree plus six years. Demonstrated ability to oversee teams of coordinators and deliver results with team. Demonstrated history of performance in private or government sector. Able to present Tawteen and Emirates Foundation independently at working sessions of government representatives and corporate executives. Able to present programs/projects/accomplishments in front of Tawteen Advisory Council and deliver on milestones set. Must be fluent in both Arabic and English.
Project Coordinators: we are also currently advertising for Project Coordinators to join the team. Project Coordinators are responsible for developing, in conjunction with Partners, project definition and scope. Project Coordinators ensure that projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the required quality standard (within agreed parameters). The Project Coordinator ensures that projects are effectively resourced and working relationships are well managed across a diverse working group (including all project contributors). The position is also responsible for managing the work of consultants, allocating and utilising resources in an effective manner and maintaining a co-operative, motivated and successful project team. He or she has the academic background, project principle knowledge, and administrative expertise to manage a successful and results oriented capability building project.
