The Tawteen Programme is currently being incubated by the Emirates Foundation, with the aim to become an independent entity. Funding, resources and best practice experience continue to be required for the programme, projects and services for long-term sustainability.
Private sector organisations have the opportunity to commit to Tawteen at different levels. Please find below the categories for engagement and how your organisation can directly benefit and support.
- Programme Partner: Direct funding and resources for the wider Tawteen Programme (such as event sponsorship or funding towards the development of the team) and in-kind support
- Project Partner: Direct funding and resources for existing or new Tawteen projects from project incubation to sustainability and in-kind support. Partners must take an active role and be involved in aspects of project planning and implementation
- Tawteen Supporter: Utilise contacts and networks to support the success and sustainability of the modules, projects and programmes, and provide Tawteen with resources, access to relevant best practice, development material, motivational speakers and mentoring, etc.
- Tawteen Client: Benefit from our services, which can help build your future Emirati workforce and support your current Emiratisation needs
Volunteering and Direct Support
As a successful Emirati role model working in the private sector, share your experiences and career path with the students, and participate as a motivational speaker at Tawteen leadership camps, career guidance lessons in schools or online.
Open your organisation to young Emiratis via taster days, job experience or internships to introduce them to the private sector environment.
